I will not recommend this place to my peers.
✓ The location of we nice. Power kept going out, lights flickering.
✗ The water either didn’t work, or it was the color of rust. We travel often to Europe. And have never had someone act like this is normal, and that my family and I should just shower in it.

✗ There is no place for pulling our bags to the entrance as I had heavy bags and I carried them on their stairs, even for those who walk in wheelchairs.

1 night stay in Ancona
✓ I like the fact that the hotel is close to the port and to the city,it has a large parking area just in front of the hotel.The staff is very friendly and welcoming at the reception!!!
✗ There was a bad smell in the room when i checked in,the Minibar was unplugged and a battery was missing in the remote from the TV.I mentioned the missing battery to the lady at the reception and she came immediately to the room with new ones. I had dinner at the main restaurant,i have to say that it’s not a nice place to sit,the atmosphere is very cold,no background music and the choice from the menu is very restricted and overpriced.I took a plate with Prosciutto ham and Mozzarella (italian products) for 17 € !!!

✓ The staff was very nice and accomodabile.
✗ I had assumed that we would be able to sleep three in a two person room with the addition of a cot, as seen in photos on booking.com. We had to end up booking a whole separate room to accommodate us, which was undesirable, seeing as though it would have been preferable and more accomodabile to us if the confusion presented in the pictures online were clarified from the get-go.

✓ Very good location, just above the city centre and looking across the harbour. So you feel slightly detached from the centre (hence no noise) yet only a short walk from everything. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Very good buffet breakfast.

✓ The bed was very good
✗ The location is only good when you have a car the surroundings are 'dark'. Found black hair in my room. I have blond hair... Price is too high for this old hotel

Hotel has parking outside, it is situated in the private area of the hotel. We have about 40 car places available for all our guests. Parking price €4 per car/day, no reservation is needed.

Unfortunately for that dates we have no availability of extra beds all biggest rooms are already booked. If you need to book we suggest you to book a double room and a single room, assigning rooms near each other.
