Would highly recommend! 5 stars!
✓ Lovely accommodation, which exceeded our expectations. Travelled to Leek for a friend's wedding, staying for 3 nights in The Roaches Suite. Very spacious, bright and airy 2 bedroom apartment, with lovely little touches, including coffee and tasteful decor! Came with everything we needed for our stay, including a handy, easy to read instruction manual - all kitchen appliances and utensils included, although we mostly ate elsewhere, but thank you for the recommendations. Beds were very comfortable. Had the option of both a bath and a shower, the shower was clean and powerful. Clean and well maintained throughout. Clear details provided on how to access the property, sent via email prior to arriving. Felt safe and secure during the stay. Liked the safety feature on the windows, one less worry when travelling with a child. Ideal location, right in the middle of town. Would stay again, and highly recommend this apartment to others!
✗ The trim on the carpets going from the rooms - it was quite sharp and managed to catch our feet on it several times. Some noise from neighbouring pubs/clubs but didn't affect our stay. Access to property down an alley way, lights didn't always come on when dark.

✓ Appartment was nice and clean. Lovely bathroom. Well equipped kitchen including excellent coffee machine. Clear instructions on arrival and departure.
✗ The paperwork that needed to be completed before arrival was cumbersome and difficult to complete on a mobile, I would have given up if I hadn't commited to booking. On the day of arrival I was asked to fill them again but I ignored the email!

✗ Not aware of where to take your rubbish out to. This was difficult to find and neighbours were not helpful as just shouted at us when trying to use a bin and didn't give any helpful advice

✓ Collecting keys was easy. Communication with the host was good. Location was good. Apartment had everything needed for a short stay.
✗ Couldn't find a hairdryer - but otherwise had everything needed.

Absolutely Superb.
✓ Absolutely superb, warm, clean, well furnished, no better location in centre of Leek. Can’t wait to stay again.

✓ Location was brilliant, big spacious living area and main bed room.
✗ The sofa beds were extremely uncomfortable. Ended up just using the sofa. We where unaware that there was a Christmas Light Switch on in the town on the day of our arrival therefore parking was extremely difficult and also there is a market on the square that get sets up in early hours of the Saturday morning.

✓ The apartment was absolutely lovely. The owners were very accommodating for us, providing towels, bedding, shampoo, kitchenware to use etc. The bed was extremely comfortable and I was sad to leave! This has been the nicest place I have ever stayed and we will definitely come back.

Free is parking available at the property. The central part of the car park is the only area where pay and display applies. If you park around the perimeter, parking is free. Parking is also free outside the hours of 09:30-15:30.

The sofa bed is a double sofa bed and could sleep two older teenagers. We also have an additional Z Bed at the property that we can provide which would be more comfortable though.
