✓ Warm friendly welcome on arrival. The room was spotlessly clean. Nice and quiet location and fast Wifi included. Amazing breakfast that set me up for the day.

✓ The location was excellent, as I was visiting family nearby. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was cooked just to my liking and was very filling, making a good start to the day.

No, we don't have any Smart TV's in the bedrooms.

On check-in you are given a key for the front door and can come and go as you please. We serve breakfast between 7am-9am (Mon-Fri) and between 8am-10am (Sat-Sun). We offer a full English breakfast with cereal, toast, tea and coffee.

We do not have a secure area to walk your dog, we have a large public nature area behind us. The dog must be left in your bedroom or car whilst having breakfast. We have 2 rooms with either single beds of a large super king size bed.

Good evening, Thank you for your e-mail. 10pm is our latest check-in time as we do not have night staff, we have learnt from previous experience and allowing a later check-in doesn't work for our property.
