Very good overall (the staff are incredibly sweet & helpful - too bad about the guests)
✗ I came by the weekend , where I think there was a wedding or some type of event .. and the people were very drunk & rude (one of which pushed me out of an elevator I was supposed to get on).. they were the only bad thing about this stay.

✗ Location, needs to ride the ferry everytime to get to the dam square and centeral station, elevator broke the last day and i had to carry my bags for 5 floors.

Extraordinary
✓ Everything, I took the Corner room with the city and river view on the 7th floor. The View was spectacular even from the bathroom, the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfy, and the decorations were unique. everyone of the staff that I've met and/or dealt with was Polite, helpful, smiling, and professional, especially Tom the receptionist, the Main language has a Bar, an amazing restaurant and they even have Pool and Ping Pong tables and the Elevators were something Else 🎊😂 . I highly recommend this place and its praiseworthy and i’ll definitely stay there in my Future trips to Amsterdam

✓ Welcoming reception and drink. Fruit freely available and fresh water at reception desk. Lifts fun, rooms lovely with great views, especially corner rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Amazing view from bathroom.

✓ Beautiful hotel minutes away from the main train station and town centre. Food was great, staff friendly and helpful and the room itself was perfect. Already look forward to coming back soon!

Goodmorning, We have twin rooms available upon request and these beds are still one bed frame only with 2 matresses and duvets. For the parking there is a public parking with the name Parkbee location adam tower.
