✓ Really great location, close to two subway stations so very easy to travel around. The hotel amenities were great, they had 2 washing machines so we didn’t have to find a coin laundromat in Osaka. Really great value for the price!

✓ Breakfast is delicious, best I had in Japan from all my hotels. The staff speak pretty good English. Be warned you have to pay Osaka tax on arrival. The room was comfortable and I liked the sofa / TV area. The free coffee was a nice touch too.
✗ Location was a bit far from the subway we used (10 minute walk) and thought the price was a tad expensive.

Children aged 8 are treated as adults, so three adults and one child are available. This room has 2 beds + 1 sofa bed (3 beds) although 4 guests can stay.
