Safe and clean place to start your visit to Surat
✓ The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, the restaurant was delicious and it’s staff also wonderful, and cleanliness of the room was what made the stay most worthwhile.
✗ Despite being advertised as non-smoking regularly had smoke wafting in from guests smoking in the hallway instead of in their rooms. Internet on top floor not good. Asked to be moved and it then worked way better. Was quite pricey in comparison to neighbouring hotels which are pretty much identical.
