✓ It was my second stay and would highly recommend staying at Sifat Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staffs, always ready to help, advise, clean restaurant and yummy food with great choices and customer satisfaction. A Big thanks to all of them Bhai Rohit, Farhin, Ashutosh, reception staffs, security bhai ..... management staffs difficult to mention names.
✗ Some renovation for the bathroom would definitely be a great advantage to clients.

✗ Most of the dishes in the Breakfast were cold..they did get it served hot when asked, but practically everything was cold
✓ I really liked the proximity to the railway station. You can leave the hotel 15 minutes before your train and walk to the station. Also I was warned that hotels near the station were shady, but this was a really lovely place - very safe and clean.

✓ The property is located at a walking distance from Surat station. Rooms and washroom were very clean. Reception Desk and Housekeeping staff were very cooperative and helpful. Breakfast was good and they had multiple options. Good stay overall.
✗ Only two drawbacks. First - Since it is located close to the station, there is too much of crowd and noise outside. Would suggest to book a room on the higher floors. Second - the windows offer no view at all. There are three hotel buildings very close to each other - Orange International, Sifat International and Ginger. Hence the room windows face the wall of other building on either side.
