Central, nice staff, functional hotel in Bolsano

✓ Reception staff very helpful when asking about restaurants and diets. Online upload of document details in advance saved time. Prior information about parking was useful.

✗ Room was very cramped for three people. Breakfast was very limited if you have a restricted diet, but they did have oat milk at least. Italy is not great for vegans in general.

✓ Liked that it was right across from the train station since we arrived late and had to leave early. Breakfast was still available for us since we were leaving early. Rooms were very clean. Gentlemen working the reception desk was great checking us in and explaining everything.

✓ The hotel has a very good location, right opposite the train station and next to the bus station. Quite spacious and clean rooms with all needed stuff

✓ Location, close to the ski lift, to the old town. parking is convenient, the room is clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable beds and pillows. the room has everything you need. breakfast is excellent

✓ The room is so big,clean and comfy. Especially, the bathroom is so so big! Location is very close to the station. The breakfast is excellent and many choices.

✗ We got confusion about parking car via hotel message and reception. Better if same information and save the parking spot at the hotel.
