✓ Stavros from FO is very professional and provides perfect hospitality services. Awesome views from the hotel.
✗ The location of the hotel is a bit far from everything and that makes the restaurant very important. Unfortunately, The restaurant staff is mostly unhappy and unfamiliar with the menu. (except Tsveta - she is very good at her job)

✗ From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome, Hotel is right on the water with beautiful views, beach is sandy and clean,near the highway and just a half-hour bus away from Heraklion city-centre. The staff are very friendly, accommodating and welcoming. They enjoy what they do. The food at breakfast was great and all the meals we had were fantastic,
