Nice little stay ☺️

✓ We loved the location. Near to some shops, restaurants and super markets. You could also easily take the bus to Heraklion city. And the beach was right there 😊 friendly staff, cheap and jummie food in the snackbar. Nice clean swimming pool.

✗ The room wasn't always totally clean. Sometime there was still sand on the floor and the bathroom smelled a little damped. Otherwise everything was fine 🙂

Saved our vacation

✓ Right next to the beach, right next to the bus. Perfect.

No need for a luxury hotel

✓ I stayed here for the last two nights of my vacation because I wanted to lay at the beach, drink cocktails and do nothing. Well I did what I wanted and with all this super expensive hotels around, Frank Apartements has nothing less to offer. You can have breakfast.. at the beach. You can have dinner.. at the beach. You can have cocktails, beers, softdrinks, icecream.. at the free of charge beds.. at the beach :D Loved the friendly staff and the food/drinks.

✗ When I first entered my room, it smelled a lot like somone smoked inside there.. not so bad as I'am smoking myself, but for other people could be quite unpleasing.

✓ Pretty decent - excellent beach, fast & reliable wifi, good breakfast selection, polite personnel.

✗ The power sockets in the apartment are too few and not very well placed, but Sofia was kind enough to lend me an extension cord.

✓ Entire area it’s very clean, very near to the beach. The staff is extremely kind. Inside the studio you can find almost everything you want. The pool is very clean, the beach is very clean, the room is very clean and especially spacious. I had the room with an excellent sea view! On the beach, the sunbeds, tables and umbrellas are free of charge and very clean. The food is very good. I had some issues with my flight but the owner of the accommodation was extremely understanding, and she found some great solutions for me, she also facilitated my car rental which meant a lot to me.

✓ Host Sophia was lovely , friendly staff, good pool this is more of a family apartments, lots of kids in pool so we didn’t use or stay much in the apartment complex as we were friends traveling with no kids, there were no other British ppl that we met, possibly 80% Greek holiday makers….convenient stores, restaurants bus stop next door…over all was nice stay. Must recommend Uncle Goerges, authentic greek taverna.

✓ Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the hotel had everything, pool, beach bar and sunbeds on the beach. We spent a lot of time in Frank's Burger bar and this was our favourite bar from our whole trip, the burgers were unreal and so were the staff.
