A Good Hotel, Close to the Beach
✓ This is a very pleasant hotel in that is as close as can be to the marina in Scilla. The room I had was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was excellent and the standards of housekeeping very high indeed. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Other reviews speak about the decor being old-fashioned. I would say that it was typical of the South of Italy and the photographs of the hotel give you a good idea of what to expect. I liked the decor, especially the lovely tiles.
✗ The coffee at breakfast was not to my taste. The safe in my room didn’t work. My room was one of the few that looked out onto an alleyway but others looked out onto busy roads. No room had a good sea view; if you would like such a view, then this is not the hotel for you.

A good stay for 1 night as it was in a central location
✓ Location was excellent. Breakfast was very good with good coffee.
✗ A little noisy as our room was right next to the reception area. The hotel is a bit dated but it is clean.

Excellent place to stay in Scilla
✓ I liked everything about this place. The building is unique and the interior design and aesthetic has distinct character. The staff makes you feel very familiar. The breakfast has plenty of fresh and delicious choices to drink the amazing cappuccino. Great place to stay on your visit to Scilla.

✓ The concierge man had reserved a parking place for us outside the hotel which was a big relief as parking in Scilla is very limited and it was a Sunday with lots of local people thronging the town. We found a nice bar to start the evening and then a good Restaurant which is owned by the Hotel Group. Lovely location overlooking the next bay. Breakfast was good and they had eggs for our Veggy friend which went down very well. Breakfast was included in our deal which was good as we had to leave early to catch the ferry to Sicily!
