Santa Magdalena Apartments

I would return to Santa Magdalena Apartments and would recommend them.

✓ The fridge had too much ice and that was sorted by Carlos. The fridge and freezer looked a little outdated. But once cleaned or the excessive ice was removed it worked fine. The location is so good, a short walk from Santiago's tallest building and a great shopping centre in its mall. It is just a short walk under 10 minutes slowly. The area is safe, with lots of newly built high rise buildings. Managed to eat "Chilean Empanadas de Horno" (Which is a version of the English pasties, but with different fillings, including sea food, cheese and mushrooms, etc,. Erica, Georgia (with directions), Bruno (with various questions) and my Apartment Cleaner Jessica were simply awesome. Thank you are very insufficient words to describe the reality of my great experience.

✗ My pillows, I woke up every morning with back pain. I tried different ways to sleep; which is not easy; but it kept visiting me especially in the mornings.

Excellent option for longer stays, there is no better location in the city.

✓ The staff is very friendly and attentive, the location is excellent, the room is cosy, all the amenities necessary are included, kitchen sufficient, view very good. At one point I was thinking to maybe change the room, but I changed my mind, however the staff reacted immediately. Five stars for the staff.

✗ Breakfast was not the best, no varieties in the sandwitch, always the same cheese. This was the only thing that I didn´t like.

good value in excellent location

✓ great location, safe walk-able to restaurants, bars, Costenera center. small issue on check in was quickly resolved. In suite clothes washer was a bonus. 2bed 2bath had lots of space & big fridge in kitchenette. Attentive staff, check in and check out were easy (Spanish&English). regret not getting to use plunge pool on the sun deck. roof top happy hour across the block as well.

✗ TV reception (but whose watching TV with this many cool places in walking distance) AC worked well but loud noises over noc.

✓ Location. Spacious and the kitchen was gully furnished with dishes, glassware and pans. Even dish soap and drying rags for cleaning dishes. Very close to the Consterana Mall.

✗ Internet was slow
