Very comfy apartment
✓ Great location and very good apartment. Spacious and clean. Quiet and warm (I was visiting in winter). There is daily breakfast delivered to your room. Mind the weird pricing in Chile. As a tourist, if you pay in dollars, you usually get a much better deal. It's all explained on hotel's website but I somehow missed it. Here you could pay by CARD in dollars instead of the local currency, which was a plus. Kitchen had all amenities I needed and living room was big.
✗ I would really appreciate small salt and pepper packets in the kitchen. It's difficult to carry when traveling, doesn't cost much, but would add a lot to the comfort.

✓ Very nice and comfortable place, close to metro.
✗ Not all the rooms are the same. Some are very good, another very noisy because of some huge ventilation fans installed on one side of the building. The noisy ones are incomfortable and not worth of staying there. There is no way to choose a room in advance. The staff is friendly and they offered to change a room (I had to do it twice!), but unfortunately changes are subjected to availability.
