yes it is ground floor and it is available from the 23rd of July No other option for the moment

When is the best time to visit your property for the perfect beach holiday?
All the way from May until October with a difference on the seawater and weather temperature. If you prefer very hot then best period is July August , if you want lower temperature and as well not so crowded beach then all the other months are perfect. May and October may give some rains.
