Tolon Holidays Hotel

Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much. It was a very short walk to the beach, taverns, and stores.

✓ The breakfast was decent and the service in the restaurant was friendly and helpful. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating, particularly when I asked questions about the area and also when I emailed and called regarding my anticipated lateness for check in. They allowed me to check in after midnight, since I had been delayed more than ten hours on the previous leg of my trip. All staff members were super caring and sweet. Also, I loved that there was a clean swimming pool and a poolside bar for refreshments. This was a huge plus. I liked that there was parking available at the property because parking in the town is virtually impossible due to lack of availability.

✗ I didn't like that the shower curtain was so close to me as I stood in the shower that it kept on sticking to my body as I showered. I also did not like that the mattresses were extremely hard and not the most comfortable. I also would have liked to see the pool open later than 7 pm.

Definitely will returning to this fine hotel

✓ Excellent breakfast very friendly staff make you feel like home…they have white glove service in the rooms they provide slippers razor blades toothbrushes etc for there guests absolutely impressive

✓ The breakfasts were very tasty as there was always a pleasing variety of options as well as the usual fare. The bar service during the day and evening was also very good with a knowledgeable friendly barman almost always on duty. The rooms were bright and clean. The hotel staff attentive and helpful. The location convenient with parking provided - essential. I'll happily go back...

✗ The swimming pool area was closed at 7pm. It's too early, it is still stinking hot and it would have been nice to be able to relax in the pool for an hour or 2 longer. It is beyond the control of the hotel but an abandoned multistorey building did rather spoil 30% of the seaview from my room...

It is not a 4 stars hotel

✓ The swimming poop area was perfect and the staffs were very helpful and nice.

✗ The hotel room was very run down and the bath room was unacceptable. There was very little size. The 4 stars doe's not apply for this hotel.

DONT stay here - save your money

✓ The staff was super friendly and polite, the aircon worked very well and the breakfast was pleasant.

✗ The place is old and really run down - in desperate need of renovation. There was mold and stains in the bathroom, the toilet was leaking on the floor every time you flush. The bathroom was tiny. The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable and the pillows soft. One of the two body towels was not clean. The doors were also very old - not a functionality issue but when you're paying as much as I did you expect the hotel to be better. Old linen, old towels, no mini-fridge - all of which are unacceptable for a (supposedly) 4* hotel.

Excellent stay

✓ The room was confortable, quiet and very clean. The breakfast is excellent. The pool is Nice The staff was very Nice et kind. Would definitely recommand this place.

✗ I love the pool but i wish it was open with large hours. Only opens from 11am to 19am, seems not enough… And on the room, sometimes the wifi was a little bit low, but it was perfect on the lobby or at the pool. but still, everything eles was great.
