✓ Location was excellent. Everything was really clean, comfy beds, food was also very good. Staff were exceptional, so welcoming and helpful.
✗ Safe didn't work when we arrived and kettle switch got stuck on the first time of using it but staff were so helpful and got it fixed the next day.

Wonderful hotel!
✓ It was amazing. It is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are very comfortable and it really looks like a 4 star hotel even though it only says it is 3. Everyone at the reception was very friendly and in general I loved the place. I would return without a doubt
✗ The main disadvantage is the location. It is a little far from the city center and away from places of interest, although the neighborhood is very quiet. My friend and I rented bicycles in the city center for our stay and we could move from the center to the hotel at any time of the day without problem, although perhaps the location of the hotel is not so convenient for those who move by public transportation. Bicycle rental is also possible at the hotel but the prices are excessively high. Also another thing that I didn't like is that the shower is a bit strange, there is no separation between the shower door and the rest of the bathroom so if you let the water run, the bathroom will become puddled and the water could even Leaving the bathroom and getting the carpet wet. That was very strange, I guess they do it to save water, but I didn't like it at all. Another "unfavorable" thing to highlight is that it does not have air conditioning, but they provide you with a fan so that is more than enough, at least it was for us who went during a not so hot time. Aside from that, it's wonderful. Totally worth what it costs

✓ Great place to stay - really helpful and friendly staff! Rooms were great, definitely would recommend adding the breakfast buffet, nice neighborhood, close to public transport and easy access to Uber etc. Interesting history of how it was started!
