✓ Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean.

✗ The rooms need a makeover. Fixtures and furniture are outdated. Two out of three electrical outlets did not work.

Good for staying the ninght and continue the trip to Belize

✓ right on the Isla de Flores, walking distance to everthing Flores has to offer.

✗ I understand that it was clean but there was a strange smell, I really don't know what it was.

there are better places to stay; places with a vibe and much atmosphere.

grim damp noisy dump

✓ not a massive amount to be fair. the bus dropped us right outside and the staff were friendly.

✗ crumbling damp pungent sov blok style hotel , handy fir the disco across the street and the sound system boats that were outside the room until the early hours. probably the worst hotel I have stayed in since last century. astounded that a global chain considers this acceptable. I could go on but it’s pretty bad

I never will stay again in this hotel, it’s not eally a five stars.

✓ the building is pretty by out side, but very dated inside.

✗ the rooms are too small. you can not walk inside the room. the furniture too old and the bedding cloth too dirty. the water of the pool had no cleaning treatment.

Compared to surrounding hostels and hotels it is okay, will try to find a different place time

✓ The location was beautiful, we were here 6 years ago and compared to our recent stay the building is not as well maintained as it use to be.

✓ Gamil the receptionist was very good and the housekeeping staff was great Location is perfect

✗ shower pressure in 405, water not draining properly in the shower
