Amazing

✓ The staff was so nice accommodating and helpful From all the front desk to the restaurant host and all the waiters.

✗ At breakfast,when we asked for more coffee we were told we will have to pay for extra coffee which sound a bit surprising for such an hotel. Also the coffee capsules in the room , which we were told is only for the first day. In all the hotels and especially the relais chateau we were around the world we never got across with this pitty attitude.

✓ Everything was amazing, great location, very calm, not crowded, nice and clean rooms, nice beach area with a lot space in between the sun beds and last but not least really amazing food! Thanks a lot to the whole team for the great service and we will definitely come back!

✓ - Very friendly and polite staff. Every single one of them was professional with positive energy and real smiles . - Clean rooms with very comfortable beds and pillows ( very important ) . Rooms have every comfort you need - daily cleaning was also very thorough - The beach is one of the best in Chalkidiki . Clean waters with VERY comfortable sunbeds and clean sand with no rocks - Good quality food but only little choices for half board

✗ - They Include Water as a beverage in the paid half-board dinner and therefore it is charged extra. Which is also charged quite high in my opinion (6 euro) A glass of water with the dinner could be offered in the half-board package. At least most 5-star hotels do - Half board menu choices are very limited, especially for people who stay 5 or more days in the hotel. Unfortunately, there is only 1 main course dish with meat which in my opinion is not enough if you spend many days there ** There are other meat choices on the menu which you have to pay for ** - The hotel room does not include free coffee capsules daily for the espresso machine like other 5-star hotels tend to do. If you are used to receiving daily coffee capsules this is not the case here. This is quite a disappointment for me taking into consideration the price of the rooms the level of the hotel and the quality. *** You need to work on your customer relations a bit and how you receive and work on feedback and suggestions. The response you send is not very professional. Someone who leaves suggestions to improve might care and would like to see you reach 10 as an overall score since he might wish to visit you again. Comments like this might prohibit it from happening ***

✓ Avaton is the perfect, private getaway if you are looking for peace, quiet and only sunbathing. The food/restaurant is outstanding and the staff really do their best to be accommodating and friendly! Really a pleasure! The room I stayed in was a large split-level space, well-appointed and decently furnished. It is perfectly clean and nice but rather simple as opposed to luxurious! The private beach is lovely and the views are amazing.

✗ Everything was great but there is no "real" spa or gym or gathering area like a pool. Treatments (very good!) can be had in a small beach cabana but it's rather rustic. I enjoyed the fact that it is rather remote and there is nothing around but if you are keen to do activities, be somewhere sociable or if the weather is poor, you could be disappointed.
