Relaxing, great location and friendly staff
✓ Location was lovely and quiet but still only a short walk to restaurants and the beach. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming.
✗ I didn’t like the fact Booking.com’s marketing of the apartments doesn’t make it clear that the apartments that don’t overlook the pool are very small and have tired decoration. The photos make you think you’re booking the pool apartments.

came to Lanzarote on my own for my birthday and it was just great the staff were so lovely and the guests were too it’s

✓ Nice rooms and pool area with a bar, English tv channels and a well equipped kitchen
✗ The main entrance/reception wasn’t always open and you had to access through side gate with key code.

Hope to come back one day.
✓ Location. It was in the middle of the island so everything was close by car. Really nice and helpful staff. Kids loved to play in the pools. Everything was clean and quiet. Check out was at 11:00 so we were not in hurry and enjoyed last morning by the pool. Great value for money.
✗ weak water pressure in the shower. But in was only in our appartment, shower in second appartment was OK (our friends stayed there)
