A very enjoyable city break. Everything went smoothly and exceeded expectations.
✓ Proximity to main squares in the Old town. Near to lots of cafes bars and restaurants. But in a very quiet side street, so excellent for sleeping even on a busy night. Very clean with all that was needed for a short break. Convenience of a luggage store on last day. Very pleasant and helpful staff in the reception. The apartment was perfect for a short city break Would definitely use again.

Central, clean, spacious apartment, but a little difficult to find and a bit short on extras.
✓ Good location. Clean, central and friendly staff. Spacious apartment and suitable for 2 couples to share. Parking very close. Staff good at problem solving.
✗ Directions to apartment very difficult to follow as it is on restricted access roads. A GPS address link would have been helpful. Check in process was laborious and required use of an app separate to booking.com which seemed unnecessary. Altho checked in with all passport info, when arrived they only had half the information and had to do it again as well as more contracts to read through and sign. It seemed to be excessive admin compared to other accommodation. No toiletries or tea and coffee etc which I think should be included in the price.

Great place!
✓ Very close to most of the monuments and a lot of restaurants around the apartment. It was very spacious and comfortable.
✗ Taxi couldn’t reach the exact address because the streets are a bit small so it took like a 4 minute walk to the apartment.

Stay in the heart of Valencia
✓ Located in the heart of the old city of Valencia just a few steps from restaurants, cafes and pedestrian area. Clean and comfortable for a family of 5 with a/c in all rooms. The girl at the reception was very friendly.
✗ We arrived late at night by car so the reception was closed. The property has parking available but it was very complicated to find it because it is a limited access area. The property send us detailed information how to enter the parking and the apartment but still it was difficult to find it.
