Good value for a central stay, but with caveats.
✓ Clean, comfortable rooms that are quite small but serves the purpose. Friendly, welcoming staff. Great location.
✗ The walls are paper thin. Maybe I was unlucky but a loud TV, snoring and constant arguing and counter responses for them to be quiet from one of the rooms nearby meant next to no sleep, probably for everyone else there too. There is also no response to out of hours communication.

✓ Alongside the park, in front of a metro station.
✗ No AC. Probably my bad for not seeing it, but with +35°C I figured this was implied. Now the heat made me sick.

✓ Perfect place to stay in Valencia. Clean and comfortable. Well designed for solo travelers. I loved the coffee machine and fridge.
