Really enjoyed stay, shame it wasn't longer. Very friendly, interesting city
✓ A small hotel just off a main street. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great, not right in the centre but easily walkable to most parts. Trams very close by & easy to use. Beds were comfortable. Didn't have b'fast so can't comment on food. Would definitely use again if re-visiting Amsterdam. Suited us perfectly, close to museum quarter.
✗ The stairs are very steep with narrow treads but we did know that before arriving. There was a lift to get luggage up to our 3rd floor room. We'd got used to the stairs by the time we left but for someone less fit they could prove tricky. A plug for the wash basin would have helped so we didn't feel we were wasting water

✓ The hotel team was very kind and helpful. I have asked them to change a room and the day after i got a bigger and more quiet room free of charge .

Fabulous
✓ Price was more reasonable than others in Amsterdam. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room met my expectations - it was clean and comfortable, good shower etc. Location is great for accessing both the centre and other areas of the city - walkable distances and close to public transport. Didn't bother me, but people should be prepared for very steep stairs - there is a lift though!

Nice location especially if you rent hotel bikes, minutes from everywhere in Amsterdam.
