False advertising and unpolite staff.
✓ Clean and nice location
✗ +18 spa area was a joke. Full of kids and teenagers and the staff don't do anything about it. I got scolded in the cafeteria on where I sat at breakfast instead of politely being asked to move. My mother's keycard kept stop working so she got scolded by the reception staff that it was her fault and she can't keep it near her phone, which she didn't. They advertise that you can get massages and different treatment at the hotel, which they haven't done since before Covid.

✓ Good location, fair price. Quiet rooms, air con worked well
✗ I received an email to check in before arrival, so i went to the effort of filling passport info in online and at the end it gave me the option to pay before i arrived... which i did, however when checking in i had to check passports in again and the hotel tried to take payment again. After a bit of back and forth they finally found the payment but this is something which needs looking at at the hotels end

✓ Location was great, 10 min walk from the old town, 10 min walk from the madness, 5 mins from the beach. Food was nice, pool was nice, staff were friendly. Entertainment was mainly Spanish as the majority of guests were Spanish, which I enjoyed as I enjoyed soaking up the Spanish culture.
✗ The room was on the small side, and there was a water leak which meant that I couldn't go onto the balcony for the last night.

We do not book the car park it must be done on arrival at 8.90€ per day we will take note of request for low floor regards
