For a 4* hotel, i expect more, the building it poorly maintained but local area is perfect
✓ The location was perfect for us, 15 mins to Palma city by bus and very cheap travel, buses are very regular but beware, they do not hang around to wait for people to board or get off so be ready!! The location was nice and quiet and the access to the beach was perfect, gate right in front of the building. The breakfast was fine, something for everyone. I also like that the hotel gives 1.5lb of bottled water each day to the room when it was serviced. Hotel also sells sun cream, toothpaste, etc and things you may have forgotten to pack.
✗ We paid for a side sea view room, the room size was fine but the room was dusty in places upon check-in. Found lots of hairs still on the floor once the room was serviced each day. Also, they did not remove/replace/wash used glasses that were in the room already. Found "used" soap in the room when we checked in which wasn't very nice :-( The air conditioning control panel was hanging off the wall but worked. The paving around the pool area was cracked so watch your step! The hot tub was not working either but I believe it was fixed later in the week but we didn't use it anyway.

Good morning, the hotel is on the beachfront, it is a sandy beach. Here in Spain all the beaches are public so no beach belongs to any hotel, and they are open 24 hours a day, they are totally free.
