I know it is high season and everyone is tired, but it is a 5-star Hotel.
✓ Amazing Location, room, amazing beach, nice cocktail at the evening bar, check out time
✗ Staff needs to be trained! - I had to wait more than half an hour to go to the room. They advised I could go walking all the way - I asked some information during check in, but the answers were not specific - The sink in the bathroom was not that clean - Staff in the restaurants provided lower than 5*services - During check out when I informed the receptionist about the sink She gave me no answer.

✓ beautiful location. lovely staff.
✗ bathroom was overwhelmed with small brown flies. poor lighting in such a big room. one of beds was really squeaky.

Poor quality of accommodation and facilities
✓ The location of the resort was good. I liked also the pool and the sunset view from the pool bar and enjoyed the American breakfast.
✗ The rooms that we were given were very old, situated at an old building of the complex with poor sound proof quality. We chose a garden view room and we were seeing just 2sq.m. of grass!! The Spa & Fitness Center was a "wreck".

Disappointing. Felt like we were robbed of our money.
✓ The cleaning staff was amazing, friendly and the rooms were really clean
✗ The rooms are nothing like the photos We arrived two hours after the check in time and the rooms were not ready we had to wait 1 hour after a 10 hour drive to get into the rooms parking was terrible furnishing was all very old the hallways had water leakage and it was not well maintained at all there was a real threat of life in the beach as the winds were too strong and all the umbrellas kept flying and threatening the life of everyone never in a million years does this property deserve 5 stars would never recommend
