✗ A few things in the room were broken or absent (removed/broken and not fixed back), the pillow and the bed smelled awfully, there was something near the balcony loudly sounding almost all the time (compressor?). No breakfasts. The beach was completely busy, no available beds (or, you should go early in the morning)

✓ Very nice staff! They were super helpful and very friendly. The location was perfect, 5mn from the beach and all the bar and restaurants. I'll stay here again if I have the opportunity

We liked the village of Asia Pelagia.
✓ We liked the fishing village and the people there.
✗ The accommodation was advertised as beach frontage which it was definitely not.The utensils in the accommodation were very sparse for cooking also no dish washing detergent or bathroom toiletries.

✗ I had booked Quadruple Apartment with Garden View which is 35m2 and they gave us a room with 25m2. Pictures shown in booking.com is not same. You pay more for small rooms.

✓ The Hotel is very close to the Agia Pelagia beach. Appartment is equipped well. Maria and Isabelle are extremely helpful and customer oriented.
✗ The Appartment was never clean for our 3 weeks stay, except emptying the trash few times.

In our area it is not very easy with the bus even if the bus station only 50 meters away there are not often buses. It is better in any case to visit Crete by car. To come from the airport if you don't have a car, you can come by taxi .
