✓ Prince has been most accommodating on every front. He is personable and has been able to make my stays most enjoyable. The space is tremendously comfortable and I have enjoyed it even more the second time. George was most helpful this last stay also, so I am equally grateful for his tremendous knowledge.

Home in Accra

✓ It was very spacious and right near the neighborhood that I enjoy most. I was able to buy groceries and feel like I was at home 🏡. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. I have in fact already booked the property for my return in three weeks.

✗ The toilet 🚽 seat had a crack in it that made sitting uncomfortable. I am hoping it has been fixed or replaced by my return. It happened across a weekend where it rained torrentially so I figured that could have prevented it from being addressed sooner.

✓ perfect location, there is always a bolt taxi nearby within 2 minutes very spacious! safe area, privacy so many things are good here: aircon works perfectly, comfy bed, the furniture, fridge, washing machine, big shower communication with prince was great the kitchen is well equipped

✗ the area in general is not noisy, just loud music from the neighbors in the morning on the weekends bedroom cannot be darkened completely the place would be perfect if there weren’t problems with the water supply and electricity. powerbank, flashlight and extra water is recommended. I stayed for a week, once I didn’t have any water and electricity for a half day until it was fixed. the second time the water stopped while I was showering but it was fixed quicker. i hope this gets fixed permanently because i’d love to stay here again

✓ Spacious, clean and quiet place in central location. We really enjoyed our stay at Prince's apartment: the apartment has a bedroom but also a sofa bed in the living room, which makes it possible to have two separated sleeping areas with each their privacy. Bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped and both very clean (like the rest of the place). Although it is located in a central and very lively part of the town, we found the area very pleasant. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet and the apartment is inside a shared yard, away from the noise of the main street but still very close to it (which is really convenient). Prince is very nice and helpful, he made sure everything was fine and very kindly made himself available in case we needed anything. WiFi is good.
