✓ The owners were extremely helpful and welcoming. They even brought us to the airport on our departure day as taxis were unavailable due to an EXPO in Genoa.

Miscommunication with the owner
✓ The apartment in itself was nice and came with many amenities and the most important, it was clean.
✗ Unfortunately, the contact with the owner wasn't the best. We were waiting 40 minutes for him to come, late at night, in a, what looked, not very safe area, to find out that someone was able to let us in without him being there. He didn't answer our call and there was no signage indicating where the apartment could be and the address itself wasn't clear enough.
