✓ Comfortable & Cozy Apartments, situated on a main street for easy access to bus transportation or taxis, is also within a short walking distance of Palmerejo center where you can visit banks, restaurants, and shops, have access to the policia nacional office of immigration, and find entertainment. It is also only roughly ten minutes away, by bus, to Plateau and other popular neighborhoods, including historical Cidade Velha. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, bright, and appointed with necessities. You can request items you might need for longer stays (more than a few days). I requested a water dispenser to keep cold water available; all I needed to do was ask. I loved cooking for myself and sleeping on a comfortable bed. Don't leave crumbs out or you'll become fast friends with sugar ants. I loved it here and appreciated every attention to detail.

✗ City-wide, wireless internet seems to be a challenge. Consider co-working spaces as backups or redefine your remote work for stays longer than a week. The apartment has space and outlets to accommodate a desk and chair for longer stays.
