✓ I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel. The hospitality was excellent, and it felt like a home away from home. The privacy was great, and the overall experience was wonderful.

✗ if I had to mention something that could be improved,one aspect that could be improved is the food ordering process. Since your hotel is newly opened, I noticed that there could be some fine-tuning in the food delivery services. It took a bit longer than I expected to place orders and receive them.
