Brilliant customer service, beautiful hotel.
✓ Travelling for work, was unsure how long I would be; spoke with receptionist who after checking out said if I finish and return before 12 I could re-use the room, just so I could get changed and freshen up which is exactly what happened. Brilliant customer service, booked me taxis as unbeknownst to me it seems nobody in Seville speaks English.
✗ I think the floors leading to the rooms (Level 3) could do with repair or redoing, still clean but aesthetically this is the only area that was below standards.

Fabulous
✓ Good hotel to stay when you want to visit Sevilla. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel which only takes you 30 minutes to the city center of Sevilla. Good breakfast.
