Great place to stay. Would go back!
✓ Really great hotel. Beautiful interior, super comfy room with a nice view. They had a spa a nice bar. The pool area also looked great but was already closed as we were visiting in October. Breakfast was additional $20 but it was all worth it. Great variety and very delicious. There was underground parking for $17 for a full day and there were always available places .
✗ It was a bit far away from the city center. It was closer to Monte Igueldo. Ten minute walk to the funicular.

✗ Parking charge, insufficient coffee teas milk with poor tray so messy to use free drinks in room . Pool very restricted hours after long drive couldn't use. Miserable pool staff - no greeting, no offer of towels or help re facilities. No changing rooms with showers. Breakfast ok but terribly slow coffee machine and poor quality coffee.

✓ Nice quiet room with balcony
✗ I think the advertisements for this hotel should advise that the hotel is situated up a steep hill. We as non spanish speaking visitors arrived at the train station expecting to transfer to the hotel by taxi. There was a taxi sign outside the station but no taxis. We (two near 80 year olds) had to walk in extreme heat and pulling suitcases all the way to the hotel, right across town. I think some mention of this should be mentioned in advertising material for overseas visitors.

Bright clean and modern hotel ideal for short stays.
✓ Spotlessly clean and very modern. No sign of wear and tear and clearly very well maintained. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and bright and came with a large balcony with table and chairs. The bed was very big and comfortable and had plenty of pillows of different types. Simple things, like having an easily accessible HDMI port to the side of the tv for plugging in a streaming device are a nice touch. Pool area is lovely, with a snack bar and clean toilets and showers. Overall a very nice stay,
✗ Parking not included in the room rate and charged at €17 per day seemed a little unfair.
