✓ Everything was good quality. Lovely pool area. Friendly staff. super room.

✗ Location needing to go up and down extremely steep slope was difficult. The steps were better. The drinks were expensive.

Paradise on the strip

✓ Back yesterday from Puerto Del Carmen. It was my first time in Lanzarote with a group of friends. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the staff and facilities were amazing. As my friend noted, very rarely do you see what's in the photo, it's like walking into the picture above. We had free Prosecco on arrival at the bar as we waited 5 minutes for our room to be ready. You get a towel for the pool for the week, as it was late September, pool was often quiet, plenty of sun loungers. We had apartment 3207, balcony was huge, I think it was the biggest in the complex, with a table and chairs outside our room and 2 sun loungers outside my friends room, with a sea view. Better again you walk down the stairs and there's a backdoor that leads down from O'Briens bar on the strip right down out onto the strip in about 3 minutes. Rooms were very clean on arrival, was hard to fault anything. Overall the location, room and view was superb and the staff were very helpful and pleasant, I will definitely be back.

✗ One minor thing was the rooms are only cleaned every 2 days and we went to the pool and loungers in the morning and came back at about 2pm and the room still hadn't been cleaned so I had to go to reception to ask could the room be cleaned but apparently the cleaners have up to 4pm to clean the rooms, but it was done pretty much 20 minutes after I'd asked and was not a problem.

Location is fantastic, the entire complex is spotless and staff are fantastic, but improvements could be made regarding

✗ My one disappointment is that there is no where near enough sitting around the pool, people also reserving chairs at 8am and not showing up until afternoon? Also breakfast is too expensive for what you get, we were very disappointed with the selection on offer.

✗ Being asked to promise to bring the 2 empty cocktail glasses back to the bar when finished the drink! Was bringing the drinks to the room to enjoy on the balcony pre-dinner….very bizarre to be repeatedly asked to bring the empty glasses back, the bar staff member even asked me to ‘promise’!!

It was the perfect spot to enjoy the good weather with friends. We will for sure be back!

✓ The pool was very nice and the welcome drink was unexpected but nice as we waited the very short time for them to finish preparing our room. Everyone was super nice and we had a great stay.

A1 for a location,exceptionally nice staff facilities, brilliant holiday, only downside is the hill you have to walk up
