Comfortable
✓ Friendly staff, good selection of foods for breakfast buffet, with soy milk.
✗ The pillows on the bed were very flat and not firm at all

The hotel is ok for an airport hotel, staff is very nice.
✓ The staff was very helpful and nice! I also liked the terrace.
✗ The breakfast was not good, sometimes there was butter, sometimes not. The forks and knives were dirty, the sausages cold etc. Also, the rooms were more run down than expected - they look very modern on the photos but perhaps soon the flooring needs renovating. The rooms were very simple, nothing extra - no kettle for hot water, no glass, no hair conditioner etc. The room smelled a bit of pets, and the other room like smoking.

✓ The room was very clean. And it was large enough. I like this location as it is next to the best shopping mall and good restaurants.

Good comfy hotel for a simple business night
✓ Nice, clean and comfortable room for a business trip night. Big free parking.
✗ Location not handy if the idea is tourism in Madrid. Not a nice area to walk around. But very convenient when in business.

✓ The complimentary hot beverages available 24 hours a day. The many charging points and cafe type corner of reception. Friendly staff.
✗ That I couldn't stay longer and had to continue my journey!!

Dependiendo de la disponibilidad y si hubiera habitaciones limpias, podrían entrar antes a la habitación, pero no se puede asegurar. No disponemos de early check-in.
