Hotel Tres Anclas

Good for the money we paid, clean room, close to the beach, decent food on offer.

✓ The proximity to the beach, good selection of food that was served to us.. however the only minus about the hotel - we couldn’t extend our late check out on the day of the departure even though we have asked staff for few days prior to that and we’re told the will be no problem.. but the day before our last day we were told it’s not possible due to overbooking. If we were told in time we could of booked an extra room beforehand. Just something for the staff to take on board to let customers know the actual situation and not leaving until last day and hope for the best.

✗ A bit of consideration to different languages will be a bonus. The picture of the room and contents were different from actual room we got

I enjoyed my short stay and would definitely make a return visit.

✓ Brilliant organisation at mealtimes. Ample food and good range. Fantastic location near the beach for easy access. Appreciated having my car off road in the parking area - didn't need to use the car for the duration of my stay.

✗ Only concern was the poor sound-proofing between the rooms! I could hear the conversation in the next door room and these were not particularly noisy neighbours ... just an ordinary dialogue. Overall cleanliness was great but the grouting around the bath looked unsightly and needs replacing.

Close to the beach, far from the center (bus ok), disturbing noise in some rooms(animation program).

✓ Room was clean with enough space. Breakfast and dinner was ok :), not the best but ok and you will have many things to choose. I believe, that hotel changes the dinner menu every night. During dinner I was expect that in minimum a water or a nonalcoholic drink will be included – It's not. You have to buy it by your own separate. For example: 1 small Aquarius = 3€ (??).

✗ My room was directly above the hall where the animation and entertainment program for the seniors took place. I didn't know beforehand. When I wanted to sleep (rest) before the dance lesson (+/- 20:00-22:30), it was difficult even with earplugs. – Loud not trending music, shouted moderator, bass.

✓ Close to the bus stop where you can reach Gandia center and train station. Ocean view. Supermarket is few minutes walk.

✓ nice breakfast, very spacious room and great location. The view from my balcony on the last floor was awesome! I loved my stay near playa Gandia.

Great for a beach trip but don’t expect any thrills.

✓ Its very close to the beach, has a great view and is close to many nice shops and restaurants.

✗ The location is a bit old and they don’t give you many perks in the room such as a mini fridge or coffee maker. The blankets are thin and not so cozy. you need a key to turn on the lights which is strange and inconvenient.
