Great and relaxing stay

✓ Very relaxing place; nice to chill and get into the holiday mood; nice terrace; great breakfasts; free tea / coffee all the time; very helpful and friendly people work there; the staff helped to arrange my transfers and they can also offer different tours; I had excellent quality of sleep: great bed, quiet surroundings; location was fine: a bit far from the falls (40 min walk); but still doable; or a short taxi ride away. wifi worked though not super fast.

✗ it was not easy to get food after 6 pm; the staff is gone and the city center is not too far but not so close for walking in the dark. I thought the taxi to waterfall was 5 usd but it was 10.

✗ The location was quite a long way out of town,with no shops or restaurants in the vicinity. There was no where to put one's clothes. A few hangers and hooks would have made a difference.

Drift Inn is a must-visit: warm, welcoming, well-equipped, in a safe area and of fantastic value!

✓ I cannot recommend Drift Inn enough! As a single traveler or with friends and family, it is well-located, well-equipped, clean and of great value for money! In a safe neighbourhood, looking onto the national park, and with access to a swimming pool and bar, Drift Inn provides a warm, welcoming and homely stay in Victoria Falls. Whilst breakfast is provided, lunch and dinner can be facilitated for you by delivery from nearby restaurants, as can all taxi transfers and activities be facilitated. Emilia and Maxwell were fantastic and always available to assist, whilst Binting, the dog, was a sweet, friendly surprise on the property!

✗ It would be fantastic if there were more hooks/hangers to hang clothing and/or bags. Drinking water often ran out in the dining room: it would be great if there were two water dispensers in the living room, or the jugs of water in each bedroom were kindly filled once cleaned. Furthermore, it might be beneficial for a bell to be placed in the reception area and/or at the gate, should guests arrive when staff are in the office.

Accommodating and friendly staff. Lots of space to relax

✓ The owner and the staff are warm and hospitable. Generous and kind. Staff sre willing to help you with taxi and activities offers. The room was nice. Breakfast was great too. Lots of lounge space and outdoor chairs and tables.

✗ -I could do with a fridge in my room and a hairdryer. -There was no sign for ‘do not disturb’ or ‘please make my room’. So I thought room service was not a thing there. Being back in the evening, my room was serviced. Now this can be advantage for some, but I did not like anyone to enter my room and touch my stuff. Would def be good to have a sign or at least ask the guest.
