✗ Not at all Customer friendly dealings and professional. 100% Payment and deposit should be paid earlier. We are getting so many emails per day insisting that " the reservation should be cancelled if you are not making payment and no refund should be made etc." even though as per booking com. the payment should be made on the ort. This booking has nerved us a lot. Never ever book any more rooms through Hostenca. Totally dissatisfied.
