Don't book Vacassa rooms

✓ Only thing I liked was the size of the room and the staff at the front desk.

✗ A/c didn't work correctly. Bird poop all over the balcony so didn't use. Hallway smelled like mildew and cigarettes. They hide that none of the pools are opened when booking thru booking.com. They don't tell you there is no beach access unless you walk around the entire building. Vacassa has no customer service skills. I requested a phone call from the manager on Friday when I arrived. They still have not bothered to even call back. They sent out a vague email and that was it. Very disappointed as Daytona Beach Resort and Conference used to be such a nice and fun place to visit.

✗ Husband didn’t have sheets for bed all night. Never going through Vacasa again
