✗ My booking was for two people. Last minute decision a third friend wanted to join us, when we arrived at the hotel we requested for an extra bed, the receptionist names Alex was rude and unfriendly. He told us we cannot do that and if we insist on having our friend sleep in the hotel that he will call the police. I was like I am not a thief. If I wanted to smuggle my friend inside I would not even ask. I requested for an extra room but they were fully booked, then he repeated again about calling the police. So we sat in the lobby booked my friend to another hotel. When it was timed to take our luggage’s upstairs he wouldn’t even let my friend upstairs to our room, his words where i Let her upstairs then next thing I know there’s three of you in the room and threatened us again that he will call the police. I felt his insult and threats, my booking was paid for a non refundable or i would have left and cancelled it. His name is Alex, very rude and the evening guy was also rude and unprofessional. The guy in the restaurant was super nice tho, the rest of them are unfriendly

A clean hotel at excellence locations.
✓ The room is clean, well equipped with most necessary available. The bed is comfortable. The hotel location is a plus as it close to public transportation like metro, as well as walking to major attractions. The staffs are very friendly, and handle customer requests effectively.
✗ Not much. The double bed is actually a two single bed with separate bedding placed next to each other!

✓ Central location a d easy to get around. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good with various choices as a buffet style.

Good Afternoon, I´m afraid we do not offer shuttle services from the airport nor the port; taxis go with a taximeter, so the price will depend on the ride. We do have a storage room where you´ll be able to keep your suitcases until your room´s ready.
