✓ The location was perfect, really central. Accommodation was beautifully clean and comfortable. Rooftop restaurant was lovely, with stunning views of the city, cathedral and harbour. Highly recommend.

Brilliant location for a city break. Food and service excellent
✓ Excellent location in the heart of Palma. Nice size room with excellent bathroom and comfortable bed. Staff really friendly and service was excellent. Restaurant and bar service first class with great food. Nice views from the Sky Bar on the roof top. Breakfast excellent, food well presented with fresh items added to the buffet on a regular basis.
✗ No complaints but the hotel did lack a comfortable lounge area.

✗ In room refreshments were mean. I teabag,1 milk. A minimum of 3 is needed. I for arrival, 1 for bedtime, 1 for the morning.

Our doble standar room are very nice, however doesn't have see view, and the type of beds ( double or twin) are subject ti disponibility always. We recomended leave a note in the request if you prefer a double beds o maybe room facing to the avenue.

The hotel diesn't have a problem with booking for group on bachelor party, however you must respect the rest for the other clients, So we don't allow party in the rooms during you stay.
