lovely hotel. Friendly and attentive staff, but need to consider all guests when hosting conferences
✓ The breakfast was really good. The staff were very friendly. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus into sitges town that is very handy.
✗ The hotel is a bit far from the centre of sitges. The hotel had a big conference during our stay. There was a fitness exercise class on at 06:55am which had a dj outside our room. The music was really loud. I made a complaint and the manager did apologise and gave us a partial refund and complimentary bottle of cava and chocolates for the inconvenience.

✗ The room was very warm on arrival - The air conditioning system in the room was tricky to operate but was effective once it was switched on.

Nice but food offering could be better
✓ Comfortable hotel and nice pool area. Not too busy but disappointing that we had to wait until 3pm to check in. Front desk staff were very friendly. Really nice breakfast.
✗ Food choice outside breakfast was limited and quote expensive. Cheese baguette at lunch with some iced tea was over 18 Euro. Not the hotels fault but so hard to get taxis back to the property in the evening

As good as ever.
✓ The hotel was faultless. A perfect retreat for business guests, couples and young families, where being in a pool is entertainment enough. For slightly older children, not so much.
✗ The distance to the town and any shops was quite far at 2 miles away. This was a reasonable walk, of about an hour, during my stay in the month of May. However, in the heat of the summer, you would need to get the hourly bus or take a taxi. Currently 1.5euros and 15euros respectively.

The spa and the indoor pool have a supplementary cost of 18 euros per adult/day and 9 euros per child/day if the child if you are accommodated. On the other hand, the outdoor swimming pool is free and exclusively for guests.

Good afternoon, The exterior pools are heated by solar panels, if it's a sunny day the pools will be a few degrees more than normal. It'll always depends on the wheather. Kind regards.

There is not a free shuttle from the hotel to airport. There is a public bus, the ticket costs around 7€ and taxi from Sitges to the airport is around 80€.

The maximum capacity in our family rooms is 4 people, we have the option of two double rooms connected to each other and in the double room the maximum capacity is two adults and a baby up to two years.
