A comfortable stay with beach on doorstep and short stroll to great shops and restaurants.

✓ Location. Easy access to beach. Lots of good restaurants and shops nearby.

✗ Lack of evening entertainment. Air conditioning not very effective. No easy access to transport links to airport.

✗ Didn’t like some things having an extra cost like the safe box for example. It should be included in the price of the room.

✗ We booked a twin room (dependent on availability) and were charged extra for a room with two beds when we arrived. The room was available, so why not be more accommodating? Beds could have been moved if the hotel felt the room was too luxurious for us (it wasn’t). Decor is quite old-fashioned.

✓ The breakfast was nice, in the form of a buffet. You can easily find something for everyone. The hotel is right next to a beach. The standard double room was clean and bright, however only after we had our room exchanged. In the beginning, they gave us a very small room below the standard we paid for, with one bed that was too small for two people. The window was pointing towards another window and because of that the room was very dark.

✗ We had to pay additionally in order to get the room at the standard that we actually paid for. We booked a standard double room and asked for two separate beds. What we got was a very small room, with one small bed that wouldn't be suitable for two friends, with one blanket and one pillow. The room was dark and pointed towards another window. It was right next to an elevator. We got the room exchanged for another one only after we paid additional 5 euro per night (because the room we were offered had a partial sea view). We were annoyed because the room we got in the end was exactly the room we booked except for the fact that in our initial booking, we were not supposed to have the sea view. The receptionist said they did not have any rooms that they could move us to on the first day and we could move the day after (but we already had plans for the day and were only staying for 3 nights in the hotel). It was clearly the hotel's mistake.

✗ The water pressure in the shower was really low, that’s why it was hard to regulate the temp between too hot and too cold. No sockets at the bedside. Old air conditioner.

✓ Post injury, I needed a hotel close to my physio and chose this hotel. If I could give this hotel 10 star, I would! For the amazing staff that went above and beyond to help and support me every single day. From the front desk to the cleaning team, and in particular the restaurant staff who I am forever grateful for their kindness, professionalism and always helping me before asking for it. I warmly recommend this hotel, not only for the great location but for the best people I’ve encountered!
