Good hotel, very conveniently located. Some staff are excellent. Some are unfitting.
✓ Indifferent young lady unable to pronounce my name so she chose first name. Unable to smile though. Have not seen her before although stayed there five times in the last few months.
✗ Lift did not work. And the other one did neither. The receptionist shouted from behind her desk towards me " to press the floor number button" as if she did not believe me. She never rose from behind her desk to investigate, nor said "sorry" when it transpired both lifts are out if order. She just watched me climbing stairs. With not much intetest.

Disappointing, could easily be so much better.
✓ Location good for travellers, beautiful sun set views. Cleaning team and restaurant staff very friendly. Albert from reception was respectful and kind.
✗ Bathroom wasn’t clean, fridge didn’t work, breakfast poor for its price. Hardly any vegan options for the breakfast ALTHOUGH discussed days before. During checkout attitude of reception lady Eli (with whom breakfast options were discussed beforehand) was very unprofessional and impolite.

I really enjoy my stay in the hotel. Tapa and Japanese food were really good in the restaurant.

✗ Cofe was not really good. No vegetables. Bad was soft for me.

The main problem is that there is not pederastian way to the Circuit, by car the trip is 5 minutes in usual conditions, taxi cost is about 10€ per way.

Yes, our restaurant is open for evening meals from 20:00 till 22:30. You can also find snacks, before 20:00h in our bar service. Yes there are other restaurants close, but you would need to take your car to arrive to them.
