Upon arrival at the Villa Cortez were very impressed with the unique design and decor of t e hotel and the profession

✗ On arrival, not told where to go around hotel, for example breakfast. our friends had chocolates in their room, we didn’t. I asked at reception & was told they would be sent up - never received any. The keys for our door were faulty, we had to go back down to get more, new ones still didn’t work, then needed engineer.

✓ we love everything about this place, the staff, the rooms, breakfast...everything this was out 4th visit, even took brought out our son for a few days, and he loved it. defiantly 5 stars
✗ having to pay (but we didn't go because of this) to use the private bar, which was always free for residents - i think it should still be free, we used this many times previously on our stays

Beautiful location, AMAZING facilities and food.
✓ Breakfast was AMAZING. Croissants were better than Paris. There was SO much to choose from. Service was spectacular. I LOVED this place. Great Style, HUGE and it didn't feel like a regular boring hotel. LOVED IT!
