It was a very convenient stay.
✓ The service and friendliness at the reception. They provided me with useful information about Barcelona? The hotel was very close to the city, also the public transport was very close like the bus hope on and off and the shuttle to the airport.

✓ Romm was smaller but I like the wood floor and cleanliness and proactive service 24/7, also the Bus station is direct by the Hotel.

Good value for money
✓ Big, comfortable beds, working AC, big bathroom and shower, nice water pressure. Late check out until 12pm and early check in at 2pm, great location few minutes from La Rambla. Clean in the room and bathroom. Good value for money

✓ it was very central to all major places to visit in Barcelona as well as close to public transport to the airport in particular.
✗ the air conditioning wasn’t working for 2 out of the 3 nights of my stay. Whilst they informed me of this, there was no offer of compensation and it was very hot, despite the window being kept open. Also, one of the receptionists (the only male receptionist I encountered at this place) got angry at me when I asked him to keep a bag of washing at reception for the washing company to come and pick up to wash my clothes, even though another receptionist gave me the card for the washing company and said that other guests use the service.
