✓ The accommodation was absolutely spotless, on arrival reception staff were pleased to see us and gave us all the gen required for our stay. Facilities were as advertised and made our stay perfect . The location is central to Hayling Island amenities if you wish to explore , do go to the Ferry end of the island and catch when the tide is out with the sandy dunes and beach as the others tend to favour a heavy pebble approach as to help prevent the sea corrosion activity. On the day of departure you are permitted to use all the site has to offer until you leave.

✗ Struggling to think of any . But there are the niggly little creaky floors syndrome and general noise struggles you get with mobile homes but they are cosy and far better than a lot of options for the price range .
