✓ Perfect for what I needed for overnight stay whilst travelling south by bike & train. Quiet and clean.
✗ Appears to be unstaffed. Codes for lobby supplied but unclear where room keys would be or how to check out. Bit of a walk into town.

✗ The manager is changing. Old manager didn't pass any information for we to get into the hotel. And the new manager Even don't know we ordered the hotel. They have any People there before 9: 30 and after 6pm. We wait outside the building from 7pm till 9pm in the rain and almost want to change the hotel. When We call them, no one pickup the phone. New manager and her partner are very nice. Just the exchanging lead to the managing was very massy. One more thing to mention is that they don't have any towel and wash gel.
✓ The security guard was very helpful but even he could not contact the owner on my behalf. The other residents were also very kind.
✗ The communication from the property was very poor. They only provided a code with no instructions as to how to get in. The code in any case didn't work. It was not possible to contact them by phone and they took over 24 hours to reply to my message, so I was not able to access my room. There is no reception on a Sunday. Angélique did not apologise and has not yet provided a refund. Perhaps this is ok for longer term stays, but not for overnight and don't arrive on a Sunday.

✓ Nicely located full studio, comfortable bed and working spot.
✗ The room was not cleaned, someone else’s dirt was still everywhere including garbage, food rests and dirty toilet. Staff was not available, and no response to emails, so I had to clean it all myself.
✓ The staff is very kind, and the location is good.
✗ There was no dishwasher detergent available. Only one towel is provided for one week. There is no mosquito net.
✓ Great budget accommodation with kitchenette.
✓ Great little apartment in a surprisingly quiet area. Short walk to restaurants and bars. There's a Carrefour less than two minutes away.
✗ It would be safer if there was a kettle rather than a huge saucepan to boil water to make coffee
