✗ Very noisy first night so difficult to sleep. Seemed to be noise in room above us and not from outside. I explained this to Albert, member of staff, the next morning and he did not seem to believe us and was not that interested. That was disappointing. Saying that, he was helpful with other enquiries. No electric kettle in room as was promised. I asked reception and after 20 mins I went downstairs to reception and asked again and another 15 mins before it was delivered.

Nice breakfast, room could have been better
✓ The breakfast was fantastic, lots of pastries as well as spanish food
✗ Pool was quite small, room for 3 was cramped, bathroom was tired and door to balcony didn’t close properly

✗ Room was quite small and there was no where to store our cases. The hallways were tired and it was like a maze trying to find our room.
