Simply superb

✓ Stay was quite good. Lady receptionists Ana was was very attentive to solve the problem. Attitude for quite good cooperation. The only minor comment or suggestion is hotel should have 3-4 English chaanels in TV as city like Mallorca recive tourists from other parts of the world. So English speaking tourists and enjoy TV. BBC, CNN and other English channels may few as suggestions. Otherwise hotel in complete in all aspects.

Nice hotel , great location and friendly staff.

✗ Only downside was that every time we showered , the bathroom floor would flood as the door to the shower didn’t close properly and the shower drained slowly . The cleaning staff were great at replacing our soaking bath mat and towels we used to dry the floor though.

Not worth the 4 star rating. Overpriced

✓ Pool is pleasant. Gym is small but good if max 2 persons at same time. Staff is super friendly. Food is of good quality.

✗ Rooms outdated. Bed matrass pretty stiff. Shower barely any water pressure and tiny. Bathroom needs renovation/upgrade. Presentation on booking.com to luxurious which does not match reality.

Yes, from reception we can always recommend places to visit as bars, restaurants and shops.

What restaurants, attractions, and public transport options are nearby?

Near our hotel you can find good restaurants as La Greppia, La Parada Del Mar or La Tapera. Cala Major is the closest beach and it is 10-15 minutes by walking. The closest bus stop is 4 minutes walking from the hotel. You can always ask at reception.

Is there a bus stop nearby to go to the beach and the bus station?

There is a bus stop just 2 minutes distance from the hotel.

Is there a fridge in the room as we n ed this for medication ?- is there a kettle in room? How far to the beach? How much deposit umbrella/towel?

All rooms have a mini refrigerator. A kettle can be borrowed from reception. The beach is only 10 minutes walking from the hotel. The deposit for umbrellas and towels is 5 € each.
