✗ The appartment was dirty and the terrace was full of birds droppings. They advertised that they have swimming pool and when we came they event sent us message that we can use swimming pool but swimming pool was closed and dirty. There is nobody on reception and hotel looks liked it was working normaly 20 years ago and that now they opened just few rooms but with no logistics and nobody to help you solve any problem. They refused to cancel our reservation although it wasn’t that what we booked and after we left they just offered only 30 euros of compensation for all the trouble that we had and our ruined holidays. But they keep sending us 100 messages about paying deposit for the old and disaster appartment and for paying the sheets or about check in/check out but none about no swimming pool that they advertised. The worse experience ever that I had on booking in all my life.
